Managing Director
Jake is Managing Director of JMJW Ltd and the JMJW Group, and founded JMJW Events. His background is in small businesses, grant funding and innovation — more than 18 years helping SMEs and research organisations win and deliver funded projects — alongside a passion for music and events that bring people together. He has run a music venue at a large one-day event, and led a team of more than 100 volunteers running catering and entertainment venues at a week-long event with over 10,000 people on site.
Director of Events
Sophie is an experienced event director who has spent nearly a decade leading major public events. Her background spans retail and marketing, with a BA in Hospitality Administration and Management, and she leads our events from the first idea through to the day itself.
Alongside our core team we work with a trusted group of specialist contractors covering logistics, site management, technology, health & safety and hospitality — including 18 Six Events, our key health & safety contractors. The people running each part of your day know exactly what they’re doing.
